I don't want to give it 1 point. I really doubt whether the high-rated reviews above have received any benefits?
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (including the 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels I have stayed in).
First of all, the facilities are very old, but this is not the most critical.
The whole hotel is very humid, the bedding is damp, and there is a strong musty smell from the corridor to the room. The worst thing is that the air-conditioning outlet is full of mold!
Secondly, the bedding is not clean, and I found other people's hair!
Even if I was upgraded to a superior suite later, the above problems still exist!
I have stayed in Pullman many times, and this one is the worst one.
